We are looking for someone who is personable and can provide five-star customer service for patients who call our office.
Our ideal person for this role is positive, energetic, has great communication skills and the desire to form meaningful connections with our patients.

Responsibilities:
Answer all inbound calls in a timely manner Be a knowledgeable resource for patients via telephone Collaborate with doctors and clinical team members to provide excellent customer service and ensure patient satisfaction Relay accurate information to patients about services and treatments Participate in the scheduling and confirmation of patient appointments Engage in educational opportunities to improve knowledge and performance level Assist with insurance eligibility and manage accounts receivable Perform other duties as assigned by team lead
Experience:
Customer service (required) Dental / medical office experience (preferred)
