$18/hr Immediate Start SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY Work with a team comprised of medical professionals that are serving adults with mental health issues and brain injury in a residential setting.
PRIMARY
Responsibilities:
Ensuring clients attend groups and counseling as assigned Provide supervision to clients at all times during and by keeping the daily schedule of the program Assisting Client's through the admission process, as needed Orienting new clients to the facility Ensure client's complete daily life skills including personal hygiene Ensure the safety of resident's (physical and emotional) well being Ensure that the program policies are followed and document any deviation of said policies Provide crisis intervention when necessary Supervise clients during meals Other duties as assigned including assisting with meals if needed CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Minimum of one (1) year experience working with disabled adults in a health care setting Must be self-motivated with a positive, energetic, and professional demeanor COMPANY OVERVIEW Delta-T Group's mission is to provide cost-effective, reliable, and innovative staffing solutions for social services, behavioral health, allied health and special education staffing, for the betterment of those needing care and support.
